This old glass light shade is sometimes referred to as a reflector style shade. Around the neck it is marked; Franklin - Design Pat. May 2, 1905. It has vertical ridges with every other "pleat" raised and extending a little further than the recessed ridge. The band near the top has short, evenly spaced vertical ribs.
It is made for a standard 2 1/4" shade holder and the outside diameter of the necks measures about 2 3/16". The bottom diameter measures about 6 ½” and it is approximately 2 7/8” high.
It is in good condition with light wear. There are a few very tiny nicks on a few of the raised pleats and the inside edge of the neck is nicked up and rough.
