This is a fun and striking scarf featuring some of the fascinating trivia and oddities that made Ripley’s so popular. Some of the “facts” include the Largest Beehive in the World, a sword fish that pierced a 3” copper clad oak plank and the Smallest Church in the world that seats 3 people. It also has a number of word plays just for fun. The square scarf appears to be made of silk and it is very colorful in brown, orange, blue green and yellow. I believe it is from the 1950’s.
It measures about 19” square and is in good condition with fold creases and minimal soiling.
