This small carton is like an old Dixie cup and was used to hold a serving of ice cream that could be eaten right from the carton with a small wooden spoon. The wax coated carton has the same information on the opposing sides. The original lid shows that this was supposed to have Chocolate ice cream “For Those Who Want The Best”. This was manufactured by the St. Charles Dairy Co. of St. Charles, Missouri. I believe this is from the 1960’s. It also comes with one of the flat wooden spoons still wrapped in its original paper wrapper.
The 5 oz. carton measures about 3 3/8” in diameter by 2 1/8” high and is in very nice, seemingly unused, condition. The spoon wrapper measure about 3 7/8” long.
The pictures are not shown at actual size. Please refer to the description for actual measurements.
