This old cream pitcher was made by the Watt Pottery Company of Ohio. The yellowish, cream pitcher is decorated in the pattern known as Starflower which was originally introduced in 1951. This is the popular red, five petal version with a small flower bud and dark green leaves. It is a pretty design and a pleasant shape with the extruded spout. There is a green accent line down the handle. On the bottom it appears to be marked; Oven Ware - U.S.A. and the design number 15 in the center.
It measures about 5 ½” tall to the top of the spout and about 6” across the spout to and handle. It is in good condition with minor wear. There is a little pitting on the lip of the spout and a little roughness on the back edge of the rim near the handle. I have shown both of these condition in the photos.
