These old earrings have a variety of beads plus the added interest with a piece of bamboo. The beads vary in color, size and style. Most of the beads have a pearlized, satin finish. The center bead at the bottom appears to be molded plastic with a faceted shape and the bead above it is wood with gold colored filigree caps. Across the top is a small piece of bamboo. The backs and clips appear to be made of brass and are marked Japan.
They’re not truly round but measure about 1” across at the top with a slight taper and they measure about 1” long. They are in very nice condition with minimal wear. There appears to be no damage to the beads and the clips are fairly tight. The metal show some minor discoloration on the back from loss of finish.
