This old ring is a pretty child’s ring but it could be worn by some as a pinky. It is made of a silver colored metal with a nice filigree design. It has a faceted diamond shaped stone that appears to be a simulated ruby set by four prongs. It is not stamped and has not been tested but it is assumed to be a piece of fun jewelry that is not a genuine stone or precious metal. According to the estate where this was purchased it was bought for a little girl in the 1920’s or 1930’s.
It measures a tiny bit larger than a size 4 according to my ring mandrel or 5/8” inside diameter. It appears to have been worn very little and it is in very good condition with no damage.
