This old paper ink blotter is advertising the medical compound Wampole’s Creo-Terpin which was used for coughs and colds. It has a map of the world with dotted lines, apparently indicating flights by pilots such as Wiley Post, Lindbergh and Earhart with dates and numbers corresponding to their course from 1919 to 1935. The top of the legend reads; Conquests of the Air. It was apparently sent or given out by W.C. Wilson, Druggist of Butte, Montana. It also has both an inch rule and a metric rule along the outer edges.
It measures about 3 ½” by 6 ¼” and is in very nice unused condition with minimal edge wear.
