This old hat stand was probably used in an old general store or haberdashery in the early 1900's. It appears to be nickel plated brass with a cast iron weight in the base. There are three wire supports at the top on which to place a hat.
The nickel on the base is in fair condition with some discoloring, light pitting and a few minor dents. The rod and wires are a little grungy and the rod is a little crooked. It measures about 21" tall and the base measures about 4 1/2" in diameter. HAT NOT INCLUDED.
