This old rhinestone necklace has simple elegance. The majority of the rhinestones are clear and round and are set in four pronged, square cups. These have a small sliding link between them so they float like a linked chain. The center of the necklace is made with a combination of clear, baguette cut rhinestones separated by round, black rhinestones. This section is soldered into one V shape that is rigid. It has a hook clasp with a larger rhinestone at the end of the other side. I find no maker on it but it is a nicely made, fashionable necklace that sparkles like diamonds and would spice up that little black dress.
The necklace measures about 17 ½” long excluding the clasp hook. The majority of the rhinestones measure about 3mm in diameter. The baguettes measure about ¼” long. It is in very good condition with minimal wear and no damage.
