This old elk’s tooth is set in a gold mount with the Masonic emblem etched on one side. It is unusual since the elk teeth fobs generally have reference to the B.P.O.E.. This has the square, compass and letter “G” which represents Freemasonry. The top and bottom edge of the cap are delicately tooled with tiny vertical lines. The back of the cap has no detail other than the boarder. The cap is not marked but it has been tested to be 10k and it has a slight rose tint. There is an applied ring at the top of the fob. The cap has one pin to secure it to the elk’s tooth.
It measures just over 1” in length excluding the attached ring and is very nice condition with minimal wear.
The pictures are not shown at actual size. Please refer to the description for actual measurements.
