This small dish is very colorful but I have been unable to definitely attribute this to anyone. It could be an old piece of Spanish, folk art, pottery. The design is primarily a rich blue similar to flow blue with a secondary subdued red and a bright yellow accent. These colors resemble some Delft ware but were used a lot in Spain and Portugal in the 1950's and 60's. It also resembles some pieces of Gouda and Reiina Pottery had a pattern called Sevilla. On the back it reads No. 12 - C. Sevilla. It's a very pretty, little accent piece regardless of where it is from.
It measures about 4 1/8" in diameter and is in very good condition with minimal wear and no damage.
