This old charm represents a type of snare drum. The sides are detailed with a twisted rope of silver and the top and bottom have round slabs of mother of pearl. This is not marked but it has been tested to be sterling.
It measures almost ½” in diameter excluding the attached jump ring by about 3/8” high. It is in good condition with minor wear. The silver has some imperfections but they appear to be poor craftsmanship rather than damage. The M.O.P. is undamaged. This would be a nice addition to any charm bracelet but especially to a bracelet that focused on musical instruments.
