This is an assortment of small, old phonograph needle boxes. The first is a box called Magnedo. This box is unopened so apparently contains 50 needles. The box is marked; Medium - 10 Cents. It also says each needle would play; Ten Records. It measures about 1 7/16" by 1 1/4" by 3/8" and is in very nice condition.
The second is a Nu-Tone box which is partially full. These steel needles are for; Electrically Recorded Records. The box says; Medium and each needle is said to play; 10 Records. These were from the Columbia Recording Company. The box measures about 1" by 2" by 7/16" and is in fair condition with light edge wear and soiling and all of the flaps are weak or partially torn. The needles seem to be an assortment and some have a light bit of surface rust.
The last one is an empty Tonofone box. It was called; The Needle Supreme and they were from the R.C. Wade Co. of Chicago. The box was printed off center and is small, measuring about 1 5/16" by 1 1/16" by 3/8". It is in weak condition but still a nice addition to a collection.
