I believe this versatile glass dish is called a handled nappy. It has a paneled design with a wide scalloped top edge similar to the old Heisey Colonial pattern but the handle is applied rather than molded. The bottom has a recessed starburst design and inside the bottom it reads; Krystol - Patented Feb. 5, 1907. It’s a nice little dish that can be used for nuts, candy or condiments.
It measures about 4 1/2” in diameter excluding the handle and sits about 1 7/8” off the table. It is in good condition with minimal wear and no damage.
