This used, hardbound edition of The Collector’s Encyclopedia of Bauer Pottery was written by Jack Chipman. It is an older book but still an invaluable reference for collectors of Bauer. It has 221 pages full of color photos with descriptions and price ranges for hundreds of pieces. It also includes some page reprints of some of the period catalogs and brochures. It covers a wide range of Bauer lines from their art pottery pieces to the colorful dinnerware lines to the more subdued Cemar-turned Bauer and a whole lot more. It was published by Collector Books, a Division of Schroeder Publishing Company. Inc. with a copyright date of 1998. Although it is an older book it is still an excellent reference guide with regards to rarity and general documentation.
It measures about 8 5/8” by 11 ¼” by ¾” and is in very good condition. The pages are crisp and clean and the spine is tight. The cover shows minimal scuff wear.
The pictures are not shown at actual size. Please refer to the description for actual measurements.
