This pair of old Halloween lamps are made of plastic and are over twenty years old. Both lamps are like black candles with “dripping“ wax”. On top of the candlestick is a plastic globe, one a grinning jack-o-lantern and the other a ghost that has “Boo” across its chest. They take small, 7 1/2 watt light bulbs like used in a night light or a Christmas strand and they have an inline switch to turn them on and off. The J-O-L measures about 11 3/8” high and the ghost measures about 12 ¼” high. They have molded plastic oval bases that measure about 3” by 4 ¾”. They are both in very good, working condition with minimal wear. The ghost has a small split on the bottom edge which I have shown in the photos. They come with their original boxes.
The boxes were interchangeable with both the pumpkin and the ghost shown on the box. Near the bottom of the box is a small square to be checked depending on the lamp inside. Both sides of both boxes have been checked and one is scribbled out. The Halloween Electric Candle Light was originally priced at $6.99 and was distributed by Fabri-Centers of America of Hudson, Ohio. They were made in Taiwan and have a 1992 copyright. The boxes measure about 9 7/8” high 4 7/8” by 3” and are in fair condition but show nicely. They both have some crease and corner wear and some scotch tape and damage from tape being removed and both have some tears, especially on the flaps.
Priced and sold as the pair.
