This old glass light shade is a Holophane made by the Heisey company. It has vertical ridges to a scalloped edge. Each ridge divides into multiple ridges in two bands around the center which gives it an unusual appearance. The band near the top has horizontally ribs on the outside and vertically ribs on the inside. It is frosted on the inside and has a very, very faint lavender cast to the color which can best be seen in the first and last pictures. It is marked around the neck; Holophane Intensive - 106130 - I-5.
This fits a standard 2 ¼” shade holder and the outside diameter of the neck measures about 2 3/16”. It measures about 6 5/8” in diameter at the bottom and is approximately 5 1/16” high. It is in good condition with minimal, no cracks. There are a couple of teeny nicks on a couple of ridges on the outside and minor rub wear to the frosting inside.
