This old book on cake decorating is an invaluable reference for anyone wanting to decorate a cake like a pro. The book is titled Cake Decorating Simplified - Roth Method by Lawrence M. Rosenberg. The 165 page hardbound book has some recipes but it is full of informative and pictorial instruction on the art of cake decorating. From cupcakes and cut cakes to decorated cookies and wedding cakes, from icings to candy dough, this is a great reference book. It has a 1985 copyright date and was published by Allen D. Bragdon Publishers, Inc. of New York. No dust jacket.
It measures about 9 1/8” by 10” by 5/8” and is in fairly good condition. The hardbound cover shows corner and edge wear and the spine is a little weak but the pages are basically clean and crisp.
