This stunning choker necklace is made by the well known Lisner company. The necklace consists of five molded plastic pieces that resemble spritz bar cookies only in black. The slabs are mounted in settings that look like chrome but they are either non magnetic pot metal of maybe even plastic with a chrome plating. On either end of the floating slabs is a section of black plastic links alternating with metal links. On one end is a black bead and on the other end is a hook marked Lisner. The metal links appear to be brass with a silver colored plating. The classic mid century design of this necklace works with the fashions of today just as well as the fashions of the 1950’s and 1960’s when it was produced.
The necklace measures about 16” in total length. The individual slabs measure about 1” long by ¾” wide. It is in very nice condition with minor wear and no damage. Some of the small metal links are worn down to the brass.
