This is a simple but handsome looking cue stick for playing pool and billiards. It appears to be made of two types of wood, a blonde wood that is probably a hard maple and a dark wood, which could be any number of woods including striped maple, that is dyed to look like rosewood or walnut. The forearm is decorated with four points which showcase the two colors. I has a nice tapered shaft that screws together near the center with brass fittings. The butt end appears to have a rubber bumper and the tip appears to be a hard leather. I was not able to remove the tip and ferrule so they may not be removable. This is marked as being a 20 oz stick but I find no maker on it. The overall length is about 58” with the shaft section being about 28 1/8” and the butt, including the bumper, is about 29 7/8”. It is in very nice condition with minor scratch and scuff wear. This comes in its own carrying case.
The case appears to be made of a foam backed, camel colored vinyl with a dark brown trim and handle. Inside, the case is lined with red felt. It has a short, zippered closure on one end of the case. It measures 31” long by 4 1/3” wide on the zipper end tapering to 3 ¼” at the closed end. It is in fairly good, used condition. The zipper works properly and the handle is in tact. The small, closed end has a tear in the seam and edging. I believe this was caused from the screw-end of the joint since the case is almost not long enough.
