Vintage Playing Cards - Double Deck - Outhouse Humor
This complete, two deck playing card set has fun graphics with a bit of out house humor. One deck has a carpenter working on the details of his new outhouse. He is carefully cutting round holes for the “three holer”. The caption reads “I allus put in Perfect Circles”. The other deck shows a rough looking character, pulling up his britches as he leaves a rather primitive outhouse that has a box of corncobs outside the door. The caption on that deck reads “***D-N * HELL - Them Ain’t….Perfect Circles. These are Redislip cards and the decks are complete with jokers. They come in their original box that has a paper divider between the two decks and an outer sleeve to enclose the decks like a drawer. These were probably given to special customers by Nampa Auto Parts which is on the lid of the box.
The cards are generally in good condition with minor wear and soiling however two cards, one from each deck, are damaged. The six of spades has been torn in half and taped together and the eight of spades has a 1”+ tear, both shown in the pictures. The box is in fairly good condition with very light wear and one torn corner.
The pictures are not shown at actual size. Please refer to the description for actual measurements.
