These two old ties were the popular style in the 1960’s and are great for making a fashion statement today. The are both made of a woven fabric and have a flat or squared off bottom edge. Each one has a sewn on label from the Stafford clothing store.
One tie is a classic maroon color. The knit pattern is the same the entire length but is narrower at the neck and down the back. It has a label that reads; 100% Lisle Cotton, Made in U.S.A.. It measures about 49 ¾” long and 2 ¼” at the widest.
The other tie is a slightly variegated gray. The pattern of the knit changes where it narrows at the neck and down the back. It has a label that reads; 100% Virgin Wool. It measures about 47 ½” long and 2” at the widest.
Both are in lightly used condition with minimal wear with no signs of stains. I have not tried to clean these and so they are being sold as-is.
Priced and sold as the pair.
