This old pitcher is probably considered a one cup teapot but might have been used as a large creamer. It is hand painted with a windmill scene in yellows and browns and the lid follows the same color scheme. The pot also has a gold edge detailing. On the bottom it reads; Meito China - Hand Painted - Made in Japan. Apparently the founder of Meito was once involved with the company that became Noritake.
It measures about 4 3/8” high and about 5” across the spout and handle. It is in very good condition minimal wear and no damage. A little of the gold is worn especially from the handle of the lid.
