This old boot vase was made by the Frankoma Potteries of Oklahoma and was fashioned after John Frank's daughter Joniece's boot in 1951. I believe this is their Brown Satin glaze over the red Sapulpa clay. Although it works well as a shelf vase, it has a hole on one side so it can be hung on the wall. It is faintly stamped on the bottom with the Frankoma name and the design number 133.
It measures about 7” tall and about 7” heel to toe. It is in very good condition with minimal wear and no damage. There is some water calcium deposit on the inside as shown in the photo.
