These old pamphlets are titled The Playbill and they are from 1945. One is for Michael Todd’s “Up in Central Park” which was performed at the New Century Theatre and the other is for the musical play “Oklahoma” which was performed at the St. James Theatre. Both have information about the play including the cast, musical numbers and general staff information. It also has information about the theatres and the seating and exits. The most fun is looking at the old advertising. There are lots of ads for cigarettes, liquor, women’s fashions and perfume. They are both printed in black and white and were for the week beginning January 28th 1945. I believe both theatres were located in New York. They have stapled spines.
They measures about 6 ½” by 9” and are in nice condition with some wear. Both have small tears, crease wear and minor soiling. No pages are missing.
The pictures are not shown at actual size. Please refer to the description for actual measurements.
