This colorful, old crate label is for Statue California Bartletts with the Lady Liberty being featured in the center of the label. In the left corner there is a bright yellow circle with an anchor logo that reads; California Fruit Exchange. These pears were distributed by the Suisun Valley Fruit Growers Association of Suisun, California. The label has a 1927 copyright date.
It measures about 11” by 7 1/2” and is in nice condition with light creases and edge wear. There is a stain on the back that doesn’t show through to the front unless it is held up to the light.
