This is a great old charm bracelet with a very western motif. There are a total of 15 charms, each very unique, some 3-dimensional and one mechanical. There is a coiled rope or lasso, an ornate stirrup, a tiny cowboy, a finely detailed tooled saddle, a pair of fringed chaps, a nicely detailed vest, a ten gallon hat, a burro, a cowboy on a bucking bronco, a cowboy boot, a pistol in a tooled holster and a water pump with a moveable handle. The chain has a scissors type safety clasp which is the only piece that is marked Sterling. The chain and several of the charms have been tested to be silver and as it originally came together and was not pieced, I assume they are all silver, however, as stated, they are not marked and it is being sold without the guarantee that they are all sterling. It was purchased in the late 1940's.
It measures about 6 1/2" excluding the clasp. As an example of the charm sizes, the pump measures about 3/4", the vest measures about 3/4" by 9/16" and the little cowboy measures about 5/8". All are in very good condition.
