This old, cast iron car is generally referred to as a coupe but the small detail on the window usually indicates it is a soft top so some consider it to be a roadster. Either way it’s a pretty classy vehicle and was probably made by the A.C. Williams company around 1930. The back end features a nickel plated rumble seat that opens and closes and it has steel hubs with white rubber tires. There are no markings which is typical for the Williams company. This is a period piece and not a reproduction.
It measures about 6 5/8” fender to fender, 2 3/8” across at the rear fender and about 2 3/8” high. It is in fairly nice condition. The green paint on this toy is original but the condition is obviously worn, especially along all of the edges and the top of the cab where it is all but gone. The nickel is lightly pitted and rusted. All four tires have been replaced. There is a small crack on the right front window support which I have shown in the photos.
