This lovely young woman is a small vase. Her style and demeanor reminds me of the movie star Myrna Loy. She has closed eyes with extended eyelashes and her sweetheart lips are painted a deep red. She is wearing a wide brimmed hat with a large rose in the center. In one hand she clutches a small gold purse and the collar of her dress is also enhanced with gold. Her left hand is poised away from her body. On the base is another pale pink flower. The back has an open pocket which could hold flowers. On the bottom it is stamped Made in Japan. I believe she is from the 1950’s.
She measures about 7 ½” high and she is in very good condition with minimal wear and no noted damage.
