The complete title of this old book is Ford Times Cookbook - A Traveler’s Guide to Good Eating at Home and On the Road. It has recipes from favorite restaurants throughout the United States and Canada. The recipes were compiled and tested by Nancy Kennedy, Woman’s Editor, Ford Times. The premise was the basis for five books before this one. The book is divided into territories and then broken down into states. Under the state is the city or town and the name of the restaurant. Each restaurant is depicted with a painting, photo or line drawing and there is a short passage about the establishment. The recipes are favorites from the popular restaurant of note. More than 200, simply written recipes are cited in this Volume six. It has 141 pages plus the index. This First Printing was published in 1974 by The Ford Motor Company of Dearborn Michigan.
It measures about 7 ¼” by 9 ½” by 11/16” and is in good, used condition with minimal wear. The inside pages are clean and crisp with minimal soiling and the spine is tight. The hard cover is in good condition with minimal edge and corner wear.
