This old drafting scale was made by Keuffel & Esser Company. A 1913 catalog listed it as a Flat, 2 Bevel Scale and described it as being made of seasoned boxwood with bevels coated with a material resembling ivory which will permanently remain white and is not liable to shrink. It is 50cm /20” length with 32nd inch and 12mm divisions.
It measures about 20 ½” by 1 9/16” wide and is in good condition with minor scratch and graphite wear.
