This old book about air combat in WWI was apparently written for young boys by Thomson Burtis. Burtis was also the author of The Rex Lee Books, Daredevils of the Air and Wing for Wing. It is a cloth covered hardbound edition with an airplane on the blue cover. It has 218 pages and is illustrated by Clemens Gretta. It has a 1932 copyright by publishers Grosset & Dunlap of New York. No dust jacket.
It is in fair condition with light soiling and cover wear. Although there is some soiling to the pages they appear to be otherwise unmarked. It measures about 7 5/8" by 5 1/4" by 1 3/16".
