Oak Tea Barrel

This is a tea barrel that uses the same design as an English biscuit barrel. This oak tea barrel has a silver plate design for the word "tea" attached to the side of the barrel. The barrel is rimmed with silver plate with a handle attached to the rim. The lid has tooled knob for ease of lifting. Inside the barrel is lined with a porcelain jar with a few 'tea grains'.

There are two sets of grooved lines around the barrel. The barrel sits on a platform attached to the bottom of the barrel.
Travel back to England is going to be far into our future. I am selling items I bought in England before the pandemic began.
