1860 English Red Transfer Ware
A very dainty English pitcher with a red transfer. This jug would have been part of a children’s toy dinner set and dates to 1860. Measurements: The jug is 3 1/2 inches from the base to the top of the handle. The jug has a hexagon shape and is 2 1/2 inches at the widest point. Condition is very good with no chips, cracks or repairs.
This charming jug displays beautifully. I have searched my resources have not found the name of the maker or pattern.
