Memoires of General Bon De Marbot, Paris
A three volume set of the memoirs of General Bon De Marbot (1754 - 1800). Marbot was a French general and politician. His memoirs (in French) describe his French military history including the Battle of Waterloo. Marbot died in the Siege of Genoa on 4 June, 1800.
The three volumes are bound in 1/4 brown calf leather with marbleized cover boards, and marbleized end pages. The books, C. 1800, are in good condition. The spines and bindings are fair to good with some wear evident for usage. The texts are complete and the pages are clean and free of marks.
A great historical piece of literature.
