Three Volumes of British History by George Macaulay Trevelyan, Longmans, Green, London
We have here three history books written by George Macaulay Trevelyan, a British historian (1876-1962). After some years at Trinity College, Cambridge, he spent the next twenty hears an author. These are three of his books, bound in 1/4 brown leather, brown leather at the corners, and gilt stringing on the covers, and spines. The books are in very good condition. Spines and bindings are very good. The books are complete, all pages are clean, and free of cuts or marks.
The three books are as follows:
1. History of England (1932), with several fold out maps, pp.723, index
2. England Under the Stuarts (1930) with four maps, pp.566, index
3. England in the Age of Wycliffe (1929) with maps, pp.380, index
This is a beautiful set of books that would a wonderful addition to a library.
