This Japanese Satsuma Dish dates from the Meiji Period. The open form painted on the interior with a scene of figures resting beneath an old tree. They are admiring the view of Mt. Fuji in the distance, a scene from Hokusai's '36 views of Mt. Fuji' from the Mishima pass,

Size: Diameter 7 1/4 inches.
Marks: On Bottom seal of Genzan.
Condition: Very Good to Excellent Antique Condition. Please ignore the glare from the flash. This item's colors are beautiful.
