We have been fortunate to have collected a number of original William Nelson's works. I personally consider him the one of the best contemporary realists. This is a wonderful portrait that has captured both a bit of lingering naivete from years gone by under the somewhat hardened present exterior.

This is signed and dated, 1986, lower right.

It measures 15 inches by 10 inches.

Nicely framed.

Very Good Vintage Condition.
