Eli D. Maybee (American, 19th/20th Century) was a late 19th Century, early 20th Century, artist. Eli Maybee's work consists primarily of easel paintings done with oils. He has been exhibited in The Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts Museum.
This painting depicts a smiling child in a red hat, with a white lining and shirt. The child has a ruddy face, brown hair and eyes, and a dark overshirt. She is adorable, with a fresh-faced look that is quite appealing and refreshing.
