This lovely celadon censer had been presented to General Haig many years ago. It is a beautiful piece, with handles, three legs, and a lovely subtle pattern all around it. It has it's own box that has one transparent side that slips out for cleaning or replacement. It can be displayed in its box if one desires.
Size: 4 1/4" diameter; 4 1/4" tall; wooden stand adds almost 1". The box measures 9" x 6 1/2" x 5".
Marks: There is a Longquon mark under the bowl of the censer. Photos will follow. (A bit of trouble with my camera).
Provenance: From the estate of General Alexander M. Haig Jr., U. S. Secretary of State under President Ronald Reagan.Reagan.
