This very beautiful shaped match safe with repoussé scroll decoration, was originally retailed by Theodore B. Starr of New York, New York. It is inscribed to the top Clarence Smith, which I forgot to photograph but can supply upon request. It has a hinged lid working properly and a match strike to bottom. A very lovely addition to any antique collection of virtu, or any vesta collection.
