This is a lovely snuff bottle of German origin dating back to the 18th or early 19th century. It is hand-carved out of fruitwood and has its original metal stopper and spoon. It is carved in relief, and inspired by two of Aesop's fables, "Raven and Fox" and "Fox and Crane" each carved to either side of the bottle. It has the original old silk tassel.

Size: Height including the stopper is 2.5 inches.
Condition: Overall Very Good Condition with very minor chipping. Stopper does not close perfectly.
