This is another painting that I purchased by the artist P. Sinclair. It is a moody painting. The boulder is the single thing in the middle of a forest. It is somehow reassuring that a single thing in the midst of hundreds of trees, and all the other living things in the forest, will survive any of the circumstances that will destroy other things around it. Fire, storms, and all the threats that come to the forest will not destroy this solitary boulder. Sometimes one may feel like that boulder. Alone; different from the rest.
But the painting reassures you that even when you feel alone you have the strength to survive.
