This antique Japanese carved wood pipe holder is in the form of an elongated bearded figure with his hands interlocked and arms stretched above his head, reminiscent of Ashinaga ("long legs" that is depicted many times in netsukes and okimonos).

Condition: Good. The overall condition is as you would expect from an object of substantial age that has been displayed/handled/used, usually over the lifetimes of several owners.
