Bossons literally made pottery an art form, making gypsum plaster create incredibly realistic wall plaques. The founder of the Company, Mr. W.H.Bossons died in 1951 and his son Mr W. Ray Bossons took over the helm and guided the company to even greater accomplishments. In December 1996 the Company closed its doors to make Bosson pieces a truly sought after collectible.
Each individual model was painstakingly handmade, hand-painted and hand-finished. A model is painted in its entirety by one paintress who must have considerable artistic ability and be trained to the highest degree.
