Description: A golden yellow flower, with spaced green leaves, is centered in a ring of five millefiori nosegays, on a translucent ruby ground. Circular top facet, and three rows of side facets.
Maker: Saint Louis.
Diameter: 2 5/8".
Circa: 1860.
Condition: Minor Surface Wear.
Provenance: The Hollister Collection. Exhibited Neenah, Wisconsin, The Bergstrom-Mahler Museum, "Rare Paperweights From A Private Collection" June 12 - September 5, 1982, Catalog Number 47. (See The Encyclopedia of Glass Paperweights, p. 102 and color fig. 32.)
