The large medallion commemorates the first "No Tobacco Day" of April 7, 1988. It was issued by the World Health Organization and has their seal on the obverse. The reverse reads "Tobacco or Health: Choose Health" and then "World's First No Tobacco Day 7 April, 1988"
One Pin is from The American Forage and Grassland Council (AFGC) which is "The leader and Voice of economically and environmentally sound forage focused agriculture."
The other pin is from Action on Smoking and Health (ASH), which is a campaigning public health charity that works to eliminate the harm caused by tobacco.
The large medallion is a tad under 2 inches.
The AFGC pin is 1.2 inches.
The ASH pin is 0.8 inches.
Condition: All three are in Very Good Condition.
