This sculpture appealed to me immediately, perhaps due to my fondness for Southwestern art, and that of Gorman. I believe this might be from Zuniga, by the style, since his style always reminded me of Gorman.
The simple lines of this sculpture deftly incorporated with the natural striations of the stone. The color is fantastic; soft rosy coral to rich cream.
This is 8 inches tall, 6 inches wide and a bit over 1 and 3/4 inches deep.
There is a signature that I cannot decipher.
