The writing is extremely small under the base of the print. I had to use my Zoom over and over to read it. The print itself is haunting. I can't tell you what it denotes, but it is truly amazing. Perhaps it is a goddess contemplating the fates of those pictured on the tablets next to her. An ethereal building, surrounded by clouds, is in the background.
The condition is better than one would expect in a print that is over 200 years old. It has some tattered edges; a bit darker with age especially around the edges.
The complete page is a bit under 18 inches tall by over 12 and 1/2 inches wide.
The only other print that I can find published by R. Bowyers is a print offered by Grosvenor Prints, ("London's largest stock of antique prints 17th to Early 20th Century") that had been published in 1802, and was being sold for 490 British Pounds, or about $1000.00 US.
This is one of a collection of antique prints that I purchased from an estate. They are all loose. This is a treasure trove that I will be listing over the next many months.
