This lovely and interesting Continental porcelain is hand painted. It shows a couple going to bed, and the caption on foot of bed reads "The Last In Bed To Put Out The Light." Fairings were popular in the late 1800s. They were purchased at fairs to be used as gifts, hence the name "fairing."

It is in Good to Very Good Condition.

Size is approximately 4 inches by 3 inches by 3 and 1/2 inches in height.

Pictures are part of the description.
